We’re a tech-driven insurance agency based in Ontario, CA. We move fast, stay organized, and expect the same from our team. This role is for licensed agents who can manage their pipeline, close policies, and stay sharp with every interaction.

You’ll use a browser-based phone to call and text leads, while also handling email outreach and follow-ups. A strong internet connection, clear communication, and confidence on the phone are a must. Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Requirements:

• Active CA P&C license (Life is a bonus)
• Strong internet connection
• Comfortable with outbound calling, texting, and email follow-ups
• Confident using CRM and browser-based tools
• Available 8AM–6PM PST

Nice to have:

• Spanish speaker (not required)
• Already appointed with a major carrier
