Telemarketer (Virtual Assistant) Needed

We’re a fast-moving, tech-driven insurance agency based in Ontario, CA. We’re looking for people who take ownership of their time, communicate clearly, and show up ready to work. This role is for someone who knows how to follow a script, track every call, and stay organized without needing hand-holding.
You’ll use a browser-based phone to call and text potential referral partners, while also handling email outreach and follow-ups. A strong internet connection, clear communication, and confidence on the phone are a must. Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Requirements:
- Fluent English speaker
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Strong, stable internet (no exceptions)
- Able to use browser tools, log info in a CRM
- Available 8AM–6PM PST
Nice to have:
- Spanish speaker (not required)
- Insurance, sales, or appointment setting experience
